Return and exchanges
As these orders are custom made for each individual and a draft design of the item is sent to the customer for approval before production, we cannot guarantee always a refund.
Please always check your design draft carefully, check size of tile, spelling of name and text on the draft sent to you.
If a refund is warranted (reasonable reasons) we will refund in full and accept returns. Be advised that refunds usually take 2-7 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds)
Damaged items
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 24hours of receipt.
You must provide us with a photographic evidence of the damage (make a photo of the delivery carton, inside of the carton and the damaged goods).
We can work together to find a satisactory resoltion and certainly will replace or refund as soon as possible. (Replacement will take the same time as the initial order and refund of funds take between 2-7 days.)
Return shipping cost
If an item has been received damaged and we require for this to be returned, we will cover the shipping cost.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and have to be returned within 2 weeks (14 days)
