FAQ on how to create custom printed tiles

We create custom tiles for private and commercial projects, therefore it is important to chose the correct base tile.

What can I print on my tiles?
JennoliART can produce exquisite Tile Murals or Decorative Tiles from any digital design,  image, painting or photograph.

Can I use the same image on multiple tiles?
Yes we can produce as many tiles as you need using the same design.

Do you have a minimum order?
No minimum order is required, JennoliART can create 1 or 1000 tiles.

I am not able to design the image for the  tile but I have an idea?
Our creative designer team is available for your support and will work with you until a desired outcome has been reached.

What image can I use for my product or tile?
As a guide, the better the quality of the image, the better the finished tile surface.
For best results the image you supply to us should to sized correctely and in high resolution, 300 DPI, RGB colour.

How do I know what resolution my image is?
To check the resolution of an image on the computer running windows 7 or later, simply right click on the image, go to “properties” and then “details”.

What files to you support?
Artwork can be supplied as Photoshop, pdf, jpg or tiff file

Do you send out proofs?
We will discuss the project with you in detail and if requested,  we will email you the proof of your finial art for verification

Can you change anything if I don’t like the pre design?
Any changes can be made before the order will be printed

How do you package my product?
We will ensure that the tiles will be wrapped and packaged very carefully to ensure it will not get damaged in transit

My product arrived damaged, what do I need to do?
Although we use selected courier companies or Australian Post to ship our products, sometimes damage happens. We will replace any broken items once it has been approved.

Can I insure my delivery?
Any insurance or special delivery instruction can be arranged by request and will be added to your cost.

How much is delivery?
Depending on your order and destination, we will provide a delivery cost estimate.

When do I have to pay for my purchase?
Once we have received your order, we will email you the invoice. As all our tiles are custom made to order, full payment is required before we start with the production of the tiles.

How can I pay?
We prefer payments to be made via Direct Bank Deposit, but we also accept cheques, cash at pick up or Pay Pal payments

Do you have Credit Card Facilities?
We prefer Direct Bank Transfer, but if needed we can email you the invoice using Pay Pal, which offers Credit Card payment.

Why do you use Pay Pal for Credit Card Payments?
For credit card transactions over the internet, Pay Pal uses advanced technology to keep your details safe.

I don’t have a Pay Pal account, what do I do?
No problem, Pay Pal has the option of letting you pay by credit card without an account.

I need my product now, can you help?
Urgent orders are welcome, as we stock most of our products we will try our best and should be able to assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Turnaround time can be as short as 1-3 days for most products, 1-3 weeks for interior tiles, 6-8 weeks for exterior tiles,
but this estimated time frame does depend on the quantity of your order.
